Our staff of engineers and surveyors has an average of 14 years of experience designing and surveying for subdivisions, public works, CalTrans, site development and underground utilities in conformance with city, county, and state standards. Bellecci & Associates has specifically targeted and maintained senior level professionals that have practical civil experience and outstanding AutoCAD skills.
